Chamomile is a simple yet powerful herb, seen in her many herbal actions, her ability to be a remedy on so many levels.

She is the nurturing mother, with a few tricks up her sleeve, and also the youthful child.

Medicine for those that miss their mothers, in all her forms, our literal mothers and also our connection with the Great Mother in flowers, the ocean, the planet, far beyond the physical.

She is the great nurturer, a warm blanket, wrapping us up and slowing us down, easing tension and gently untangling anger, fear, sadness. She brings us gently back to the Present Moment again and again and again.

This essence was brewed after a month long Moon Cycle Immersion with Chamomile, carrying the wisdom and depth of that container.

Chamomile works in so many ways for those that commune with her. For me, she takes me deep into the present moment, the joy in it, the freedom in it, unwinding any tension in my body slowly and gently.
