Mugwort Oil is an herbal infusion of Mugwort in olive oil.

This oil is deeply moving, cleansing, and relaxing.

It can be used to clear energy and relax the nervous system before sleep.

Mugwort is a strong herbal ally that aids in nervous system relaxation or stimulation depending on which we need, digestion, menstrual cramps and flow, and ultimately the movement of energy powerfully down and out.

In this way, it can be powerfully activating to the dream realm, sometimes making the dreamworld overactive and intense.

I have worked with this oil to help move my energy when I’m feeling stuck, in body pain, or anxious. Friends that have used the oil have used it on their face before sleep and in baths at the end of the night.
