Saint John’s Wort Oil is incredible for muscle tension, wound healing, moisturizing, and skin health.

Made by a Solar infusion of Saint John’s Wort flowers and buds in olive oil, a folk method of rural Italy and the surrounding area.

This oil has helped with self massage to relax tension in my feet, legs, arms.

It has also helped heal wounds, most notably a deep cat scratch when I was living off grid in the Jungle.

Saint John’s Wort is a warming oil in the sense of bringing inner warmth and vitality to the body, not literally heating. In this way, it’s an incredible oil to use during the winter months, bringing that deep warmth and strength of the Summer Sun to us when the days are shorter.

This is because Saint John’s Wort blooms around the Summer Solstice and the oil is made during the peak of the summer sun.

It also helps soothe a sunburn in the summer.
