What are Flower Essences and Plant Spirit Immersions?
Flower Essences are a technology that work with the subtle energetic body of the human aura.
With a flower essence, the energetic impression of a plant’s personality is transmitted into the vehicle of water.
By working with the infused water, it allows one to welcome the plant into one’s energy field. Working its way slowly but surely into the physical world, in a way that’s perfect for us.
Plant Spirit Immersions work similarly. We connect to the energetic personality of a plant, through meditation and also working with the plant physically.
It’s not a quick fix, not a symptom mask, but an opportunity to connect to the living Self, guided by that plant’s specific wisdom.

How do I work with
Flower Essences?
Ideally, you want to find a quiet place to sit with your essence for about five minutes each dose.
Begin by taking 3 drops on your tongue, in a glass of water, or a beverage of your choice.
Take a moment to connect to your breath, connect to your intention, and gratitude for the plant you’re working with.
Sit quietly in their energy.
You may receive insights, feelings or simply find peace in the momentary stillness.
There’s no wrong way to work with a flower essence, use your intuition and let the plant guide you best.
